Notice is hereby given that on 17 January 2023 a special resolution was duly passed by the members of Accrington Properties Limited (in Liquidation) ("the Company") placing the Company into creditors' winding up under Chapter 4 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 17 January 2023, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above named Company are requested to send a detailed account of their name, address and particulars of their claim with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before 28 February 2023.
