Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET, via video conference, on  10 February 2021 at 11.15 a.m.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the people nominated by the Company to be Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, Alan John Roberts and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET, will be proposed.
