Notice is hereby given that Harewood House Limited (the "Company") intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorisation to seek continuance as a body incorporated under the laws of Bermuda. Any creditor of the Company who wishes to object to the application may do so by lodging notice of such objection at the Company's registered office address as shown below within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
