​Notice is given of the proposed acquisition by South Downs Investment LP of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of ALPL by way of a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") in accordance with Part 18A of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended. Details of the Scheme are set out in a circular issued to ALPL's shareholders on Monday, 15 June 2020 (the "Scheme Circular"). A meeting of the holders of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Court Meeting") has been convened to be held at 9.30 am UK time (10.30 am South African time / 12.30 pm Mauritian time) on Thursday, 16 July 2020 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the Scheme.

Notice is also given that in connection with the Scheme, copies of the Scheme Circular and a form of proxy for the Court Meeting are available on ALPL's website (www.atlanticleaf.com).
