B15 Finco Limited in Jersey creditors winding up.

At a duly convened meeting held on 11 August 2021 of the creditors called under Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), Clive Robert Le Marquand and Mark John Godel of Beachside Business Centre, Rue du Hocq, St Clement, Jersey JE2 6LF were appointed Liquidators of the Company by the creditors under Article 161 thereof.

All creditors having claims against the above mentioned Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidators on or before 5 January 2022, together with supporting documentation.

All debtors owing money to the Company are required to send full payment of sums owed by way of cheque to the Company within the same period failing which debt collection proceedings will be commenced.
