Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127T of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 that the above mentioned Company incorporated in Jersey having its registered office situated at Charter Place, 23/27 Seaton Place, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE1 1EY intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission to cease to be registered in Jersey and to continue in a country or territory outside the Island, namely the Isle of Man under the name BANFF LIMITED having its registered office at 4 Camlork Place, Union Mills, Isle of Man, IM4 4NY

Any creditor of the Company who objects to the application may, within 21 days after the date of this advertisement, give notice of his or her objection to the Company.
