​In the matter of BrightHouse Topco Limited (the "Company")

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 44 The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG on 11 August 2021 at 11.00 am. at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors, the nomination of PKF BBA Limited of Beachside Business Centre, Rue du Hocq, St Clement, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 6LF as liquidator of the Company will be proposed, and the Liquidator's remuneration will be fixed, all for the purpose of a creditors' winding up of the Company.

Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by the Company Secretary, Ogier Global Company Secretary (Jersey) Limited of Third Floor, 44 The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG during normal business hours via email at BrightHouse@ogier.com during the period before the said creditors' meeting.
