​An association incorporated under Article 4 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fidéicommis et l'incorporation d'associations pursuant to an Act of Court dated 26 October 1973 (the "Association").

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi that the Chairman of the Association as its duly appointed representative intends to apply to the Royal Court of Jersey, Royal Court House, Royal Square, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1JG at 9am on Wednesday 9 June 2021 to ask the Royal Court to approve the formal dissolution of the Association and to sanction the application of the immovable property and any remaining assets of the Association to Les Amis, an association incorporated under the Loi pursuant to an Act of Court dated 13 May 1977.

Any person who is interested in the application has a right to be heard (in person or by an Advocate of the Royal Court or remotely by video link) at the hearing or to make written representations to the Royal Court. Any interested person who wishes to exercise this right, and any person who objects to the application but does not wish to attend the hearing, is requested to notify Carey Olsen (by post or email at the contact details set out below) before 5pm on Friday 4 June 2021 setting out in writing the grounds of objection, or any comments that they have on the application. Any person who wishes to address the Court by video link is requested to inform Carey Olsen at least 7 days before the hearing so the necessary arrangements can be made. The rights of persons to attend the court hearing and object in person are not affected by whether or not they have notified Carey Olsen of their objections prior to the hearing.
