Century 10 Limited creditors' winding up

Notice is hereby given, that on 6 March 2026 the Royal Court of Jersey ordered that Century 10 Limited (the Company) be placed into creditors’ winding up pursuant to Article 157C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, and that Mr Andrew Wood and Mr Alexander Adam of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited be appointed with immediate effect as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

Creditors of the Company are required to submit full details of their claims in writing to the Joint Liquidators at Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF, or by email to Erica Kiaie at erica.kiaie@teneo.com​ no later than 4pm on 24 April 2026.
