All persons having claims against the Estate of the above-named deceased, formerly of K14 La Haule Care Home, Route de L’Isle, St Brelade, Jersey JE3 8BF, are requested to forward a detailed statement thereof within ten days of this date to Benest and Syvret, Advocates and Solicitors, acting for the Executor of the deceased’s Estate.

All creditors wishing to bring a claim are requested to provide all relevant documents in their possession. A creditor who believes that an amount due to them ranks in priority to another debt should specify this in their claim. A creditor who believes they have a charge affecting the property of the estate should so claim.

And all persons indebted to the said Estate are requested to settle with the said Advocates and Solicitors within the same period.
