Crown LNG Holdings Limited in liquidation

The Joint Liquidators wish to inform members and creditors that the Final Meetings due to be held on 9 September 2026 were adjourned pending completion of the Joint Liquidators’ investigation.

The Joint Liquidators will announce the date and time at which the Final Meetings will be reconvened once the investigation has concluded. All known shareholders and creditors will remain entitled to attend and participate in the reconvened meetings.
