(the "Companies")

Notice is hereby given that the joint liquidators of the Companies intend to make an application to the Royal Court of Jersey seeking orders that the liquidations of each of the Companies be terminated and the Companies resume their business as going concerns.
Any person believing themselves to be a creditor of either or both of the Companies should make themselves known to the joint liquidators of the Companies without delay and in any event no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday 22 October 2020.
Any creditor having a claim against either of the Companies is to notify the joint liquidators' Advocate, Marcus Pallot of Carey Olsen Jersey LLP (by email to Marcus.Pallot@careyolsen.com) by the date and time stated above.
