Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l'incorporation d'associations, CAFOD JERSEY (an incorporated Association established under this Law) proposes, by an application to the Royal Court on Friday 6 May 2022, to dissolve the Association.

There are no remaining funds to be distributed or immovable property held.

The members of the Association have already voted at a Special General Meeting to dissolve the Association.

Any person who wishes to object to the application or proposals may do so by lodging notice of such objection to the Secretary, Rosemarie Hill by no later than close of business on the 29 April 2022.
