Dissolution of West Show Association

Notice is hereby given of an application to be made to the Royal Court at 10am on Friday 27 August 2021 to approve the formal dissolution of the West Show Association (Association) and to sanction the transfer of assets to the following nine association and societies having objects similar to the objects of the Association: 

  • Acorn Enterprises
  • Jersey Association of the National Vegetable Society
  • Jersey Heritage Trust
  • Jersey Mencap
  • Jersey National Park
  • National Trust for Jersey
  • Natural Jersey
  • Sanctuary Trust
  • 10th Jersey (St Brelade) Scout Group

Any interested person who wishes to object to the Royal Court granting the above application should, on or before 10am on Tuesday 24 August 2021, notify the Judicial Greffier, Judicial Greffe, Royal Square, JE1 1JG setting out in writing the grounds of objection and should attend before the Royal Court at 10am on Friday 27 August 2021.
