  1. To receive, and if deemed advisable, approve the minutes of the Assembly held on 22nd July, 2020.
  2. To consider a recommendation of Le Rectorat to be party to the contract of sale of the property known as “Ombre” (formerly  Les Taupinieres), La Rue de la Croute, St. Ouen (“the Property”) by Stephen David John Spybey and Joanna Marilyn Spybey, nee Quenault, to Gary Forbes and Anna Elizabeth Forbes, nee Bradley (“Mr & Mrs Forbes”) or, in the event of the sale of the Property prior to the meeting of the Assembly, to be party to a contract of arrangement with Mr & Mrs Forbes, in order to agree the boundaries of the Property with the Rectorat and to agree certain rights relating to the Property. 
  3. In the event that Item 2 be approved, to authorise any three members of Le Rectorat to be party to the contract of sale of “Ombre”.
