Notice is hereby given that Erringham Holdings Limited passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in summary with effect from 15 December 2022 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991. 

Stuart Arthur Gardner and Trevor Oates of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding up. 

All persons who have claims against the above named Company are requested to send a detailed account to the Joint Liquidators before 26 January 2023.
