Notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2022 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority issued a Final Notice exercising a specified regulatory function under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 to modify the licences of Clear Mobitel (Jersey) Limited, Home Net Limited, Jersey Airtel Limited and Newtel Limited.
