First Island Properties Limited meeting of creditors

​Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Article 160 (1) (b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Second Floor De la Poste House, 59 King Street, St Helier, Jersey on 14 July at 12.15pm, at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Adrian John Denis Rabet and Clive Fortis of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited, Suite 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.
