Notice is hereby given that Flow East Limited (in liquidation) (the Company”) duly passed written Special Resolutions placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 25 May 2021 in accordance with the provisions of Part 21 Chapter 2 Articles 145-154 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, and Sharifah Morris of Offshore Restructuring Limited was appointment as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

Creditors having claims against the Company are required to prove their debts on or before 25 June 2021 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator.  Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
