Notice is given that following an Act of the Royal Court of Jersey under Article 157A(1) 160 of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended) the company was placed into Creditors Winding Up on 24 November 2023 and Adrian Hyde and Adrian Rabet were appointed as Joint Liquidators.

Pursuant to Article 160A of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 a meeting of creditors of the Companies will be held at Unit 19, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR on 15 December 2023 at 3pm.
