Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Article 160(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, a meeting of the creditors of Golden Sphinx Limited ("the Company") will be held at 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA on 6 July 2022 at 16:30 pm for the purposes provided for in Articles 160, 161 and 162 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

The meeting of creditors will also be held via Microsoft Teams.  email Max Thompson to obtain the link to the meeting.

A Statement of Affairs of the Company will be laid before the meeting and a registered liquidator or liquidators will be nominated by the Company as Liquidators or Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the Creditors' Winding Up.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person or by proxy.  Completed proxy forms and particulars of claims must be lodged at JTC Law, 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA not later than 12 noon the business day before the meeting.
