Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Act of Court dated 31 March 2023 (“the Act”) Alan John Roberts and Andrea Frances Alice Harris of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators of Here 2 Help Limited (the Company) under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before 19 May 2023 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.
