All persons having claims against the above named Company, with a registered office address of Clarendon Place, 24 Clarendon Road, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3YS are requested to forward a detailed statement thereof within 10 days of this date to Dickinson Gleeson, 3rd Floor, Le Gallais Building, 6 Minden Place, St Helier, JE2 4WQ acting for the Company.

All creditors wishing to bring a claim are requested to provide all relevant documents in their possession. A creditor who believes that an amount due to them ranks in priority to another debt should specify this in their claim. A creditor who believes they have a charge affecting the property of the Company should so claim.

And all persons indebted to the said Company are requested to settle with the said Dickinson Gleeson within the same period.
