​Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a special resolution of the sole shareholder of the Company (the "Shareholder") was passed on 11 August 2020, whereby the Shareholder resolved to:

  • wind up the Company by way of a creditors' winding up; and
  •  to approve the nomination appointment of Michael Robert Pink of KPMG LLP, 15 Canada Square, London, E14 5GL and Linda Johnson of KPMG Channel Islands Ltd, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8WQ as liquidators of the Company.
