Investin Quay House Limited (In Liquidation) (the “Company”)

(Incorporated under the laws of Jersey with registration number 114622) 

Notice is hereby given that on 17 November 2021 the Company was placed into compulsory winding up by an order of the High Court of England and Wales. Simon Bonney and Nicholas Simmonds of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL, were appointed to act as Joint Liquidators on 9 December 2021 by the Secretary of State pursuant to Rule 7.57 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and recognised as Joint Liquidators by the Royal Court of Jersey on 3 May 2022. 

All persons owing monies to the Company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators. 

All persons with a claim against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators at the following address before 5pm on 31 July 2022.
