​Notice is hereby given on behalf of Kirkby Packaging Limited (the "Company"), a company incorporated in Jersey of its intention to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance in the Isle of Man pursuant Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

Any creditor of the Company with an objection to the continuance of the Company should notify the Company of their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of this Notice.  All correspondence should be sent to the Company care of:

A creditor who gives notice to the Company and whose claim against the Company has not been discharged may, within 21 days after the date of such notice, apply to the Royal Court of Jersey for an order restraining the application for continuance.
