Larch Property Holdings Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 169 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET on 4 September 2026 at 11am and 11.15am (UK time) respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the meetings an account of the winding up.

A form of proxy for use at the meeting, if desired, is enclosed herewith and should be lodged with the Joint Liquidators not later than noon of the business day before the meeting.
