Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by LSREF3 Laser (Mercure) Limited ("the Company")’s Sole Member on 16 September 2019:
  • “It is resolved by way of a special resolution that the Company be wound up in accordance with Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991”

  • “It is resolved that Nick Vermeulen and Chris van den Berg of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4XA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorized under any enactment to be done by them be done by them jointly or by each of them alone.” 

All persons owing monies to the Company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidators at the following address by 13 September 2023.
