Intended merger of J.A.F. Holdings Limited and Conqueror Holdings Limited into Forrest Holdings Limited

Notice is hereby given that the following companies intend to merge in accordance with Part 18B of the Companies Law:

• J.A.F. Holdings Limited
• Conqueror Holdings Limited
  

(together the “Merging Companies”) and continue as a new company known as Forrest Investments Limited (the “Merged Company”).

Copies of the merger agreement made between the Merging Companies on 12 August 2020 and the special resolution of each Merging Company passed on 12 August 2020 are available to creditors of any of the Merging Companies free of charge on request using the contact details below.

Any creditor of a Merging Company may: 

• object to the merger under Article 127FE(2)(a) of the Companies Law; or
• require the Merging Company to notify the creditor if any other creditor of the Merging Company applies to the Royal Court of Jersey under Article 127FE(2)(b) of the Companies Law.
