Notice is hereby given  that Osborne One (Jersey) Limited (in Liquidation) ("the Company") (Company Number: 78928) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 4 November 2021 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Simon Jamie Edel of Ernst & Young LLP, Liberation House, Castle Street, St Helier, JE1 1EY were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 23 December 2021.
