Install 1 no. awning to East elevation. Install sun-tubes and access hatch to roof. Replace cladding colours. Various internal alterations. Decrease parking numbers, adjust levels in car park, amend cycle store location and path to rear of building, omit gabion wall to boundary treatment, relocate car charging points.
