Property and the funds belonging to the Jersey Cricket Board to be applied to another object

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et 1 'incorporation d'associations, the Jersey Cricket Board (an incorporated association established under the Law as a societe de sports) proposes, by an application to the Royal Court, to allow the immovable property and the funds belonging to the Jersey Cricket Board to be applied to another object related to that for which the Jersey Cricket Board was originally constituted, namely to be transferred to “Jersey Cricket Board Limited”, a company to be limited by guarantee, to be incorporated to act as the successor body to the Jersey Cricket Board, for charitable purposes and with the same or similar objectives, management and membership as the Jersey Cricket Board.

Any person who wishes to object to the application or proposals may do so by lodging notice of such objection at the Jersey Cricket Board’s counsel’s contact email address Oliver.Hughes@viberts.com.”
