An assembly of the principals and electors of the Parish of St Helier will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 28 November 2023 at the Town Hall.

Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable:

1. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 27 September 2023*

2. To recommend to the Licensing Assembly the following applications for licences for the year 2024 in virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974:

3. To consider an application by Ce Soir Limited in respect of Melting Pot, 6 Caledonia Place, who hold a 1st category licence and who are applying for a 7th category licence, requiring a Bailiff’s Annual Entertainment Permit, to allow an array of live entertainment until 1am, including singers, guitarists, and DJs. It is intended to host captivating music every weekend, showcasing local artists and to hold corporate and private events. 

4. To consider an application by Great Western Hotel Limited in respect of Troubadour, 7 Caledonia Place, who are applying for 1st & 7th category licences, and require a Bailiff’s Annual Entertainment Permit, to  permit entertainment of live music to be played at the rear of the premises in the evening, and some other entertainment including quiz nights, bingo or similar low impact events which will generally take place throughout the weekend.
