Rate Demands for 2021 were issued on 20 July 2021 and sent to all Parish of St Helier ratepayers.

Any ratepayer who has not received a rate demand should contact the Connétable immediately. By virtue of this Notice each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a demand for payment of rate and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

In accordance with article 27(1) of the Rates (Jersey) Law, 2005, a surcharge of 10% will be added to all amounts not paid within 3 months of the date of the bill. Therefore any rates not paid by 20 October 2021 will have the surcharge added.
