An Assembly of Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Martin will be held in the Public Hall, at 8pm on Tuesday 21 November 2023 to:

  • receive and if deemed advisable, approve the minutes of the Ecclesiastical Assembly held on the 11 May 2023.
  • consider and if deemed advisable, approve the Rectorat be party to a Contract (or Contracts) of Arrangement to be passed before the Royal Court (at no cost to the Parish or Church) with the householder for the establishment of drainage connections and appurtenances under and along the northern boundary of Field 387B, (the Rectorat ou Béneficé) connecting to the established drainage system; and if appropriate to authorise the Rector, Connétable, Surveillants and Procureurs du Bien Public to attend Court to pass contract on behalf of the Rectorat
