05 January 2022

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice to make a Return of all land, houses, buildings and other structures owned at 1 January 2022. Any owner who has not received a notice and Return should contact the Connétable immediately.

By virtue of this Notice each owner shall be taken to have been served with a notice and it shall not be an excuse for non-compliance for an owner to show that a notice was not served on him.

Any person who fails without reasonable cause to make a Return within the 15 days allowed, or by 15 January 2022 whichever is the later, is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000.

If you are still to make your Return or require another copy, please contact the Parish Hall as soon as possible on +44 (0) 1534 735864 or parishhall@stsaviour,je
