(Incorporated under the laws of Jersey with registered number 118900)

Notice is hereby given that on 28 May 2020 the Company’s members passed a Special Resolution to commence a creditors’ winding up in accordance with Chapter 4 Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the “Law”). Christiaan Jacobus Bothma van den Bergand Nicholas John Vermeulen of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4XA were appointed to act as Joint Liquidators pursuant to Article 161 of the Law.

All persons with a claim against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidators at the following address before 5pm on 30 July 2021.

All persons owing monies to the Company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Liquidators.
