The Jersey Citizens Panel, with the financial support of the Government of Jersey, wishes to commission, via a single contract, the design, fabrication, installation and handover of a unique permanent memorial as a 'tangible public acknowledgement of those that have been ill served by the care system over many decades.
It is hoped that the memorial design is both visually striking and carries a vital sense of meaning and purpose. In doing so the Citizens Panel hopes that the winning design will ensure that survivors can be respected and honoured for decades to come.
Tenderers are invited to submit a detailed costed proposal within a budget to include all aspects of delivering the Care Memorial from design and planning to installation and handover.
