Notice is hereby given that an Application (the Application) has been made by Wells Fargo Bank N.A., London Branch (the Representor) seeking the issue of a Letter of Request by the Royal Court of Jersey to the High Court of England and Wales that it make an administration order in respect of Intu Merry Hill Limited (IMHL), a company registered in Jersey with company number 115097 which has its registered office at 22 Grenville Street, St Helier, JE4 9PX.

The substantive hearing of the Application is scheduled for 9am on Thursday 3 September 2020.

Any creditor having a claim against IMHL is to notify the Representor's Jersey Advocate, Marcus Pallot of Carey Olsen Jersey LLP (by email to Marcus.Pallot@careyolsen.com), no later than 24 hours before the hearing of the Application.
