Notice is hereby given that on 1 September 2021 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority issued a Final Notice exercising a specified regulatory function under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 to determine the prices that JT (Jersey) Ltd charges for its wholesale bitstream service, which is a wholesale broadband access service.
