Waste Application, Variation to a Waste Management Licence for Granite Products Ltd

About the consultation

​​​​​The Minister for the Environment has received an application to vary a waste management licence (reference WML026).

This is a consultation made under the Waste Management (Jersey) Law, 2005.

If granted, the licence will authorise the landfill of inert material into the quarry site La Gigoulande Quarry, St Peter’s Valley, St Peter, Jersey JE3 7EY. 

Planning permission (P/2012/0121) was granted on 29 September 2016.

​You can comment on the application by writing to the Minister at the address or email below. The Minister will provide the applicant with copies of all comments. 

The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Minister within 14 days of receipt of the copies.​

No decisions will be made by the Minister until the time limits for making comments have elapsed.
