Consultation on a proposed update to the Display Screen Equipment at Work: Approved Code of Practice

​​​A revision of the existing Display Screen Equipment at Work: Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) is proposed to reflect the variety of modern working practices that have developed since the original ACoP came into force on 1 December 1998.

​​We welcome your views on:

  • the structure of the draft revision of the existing ACoP
  • whether the level of detailed guidance provided is appropriate
  • whether there are any areas not covered in the draft ACoP that you think should be included

A questionnaire is provided to help you structure your response and to assist with our analysis of the response.  

The consultation is open until 23 February 2024​.
