How many referrals to Human Resources have led to Human Resources staff using restorative justice solutions to prevent the disagreements reaching the formal grievance procedures?

We do not use formal restorative justice frameworks; hence no records are kept to answer your request. Informal resolution may be tried prior to a formal grievance but records are not kept of successful outcomes.
