The number of HMP La Moye inmates who have applied for early release since 2010:
- a breakdown of those applications year by year
- the number of successful applications by inmates at HMP La Moye for early release since 2010
- a breakdown of those successful applications year by year
- guidelines as to when an inmate can apply for early release
Response
In considering this request the term ‘early release’ has been interpreted to mean any prisoner released under the Prison’s temporary release rule. The Prison do not have the authority to release any prisoner early from their sentence or interfere with the sentence handed down by the courts.
The total number of prisoner temporary release applications for the period 2010 to 2015:

Unfortunately our data for 2011 is incomplete at this present time.
Any prisoner who has received a term of imprisonment of nine months or more may apply for early release.
