How many category A prisoners have been held at La Moye Prison in 2012, 2013, 2014 and to date 2015?

Of these Categories A prisoners, how many have required an additional prison officer/guard to be with them 24hrs a day because of security concerns?

Can you breakdown for each Cat A prisoner who required additional guarding, how many days the extra officer was required in 2012, 2013, 2014 and to date 2015?

These questions refer to a system of security categorisation that is used in UK prisons. Prisoners in the UK are given a security category based on how likely they are to escape and their risk of causing harm to other prisoners or staff. No such system of security categorisation is used in Jersey. Consequently, the States of Jersey Prison Service does not hold any information with respect to Category A prisoners.

These questions refer to a named individual. In accordance with Article 10(2) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, the States of Jersey Prison Service can neither confirm nor deny that such information is held.
