I am writing to request the following information from the IM&T department. I would be very grateful for your timely cooperation.
A

What Patient Information System (PAS) do you use and when does the contract with your present supplier expire?

B

What Electronic Patient Record system (EPR) do you use and when does the contract with your present supplier expire?

C

Do you use an electronic patient flow/bed management system and is so – which system do you use and when does the contract with your present supplier expire?

D

Do you use an electronic system to monitor patient flow through the emergency department? If so, can you please tell me what system you use and when the contract is due to expire?

E

Will you be going out to procurement for any of the above systems within the next 3 years?

F

Please can you contribute the name and contact details of the organisations a) CIO, b)CCIO and c) IT Director d) Clinical director for ED.

The main PAS is Intersystems TrakCare. The contract expiry date is July 2019.

This is not yet determined but will be managed in line with States of Jersey procurement policies.
