We do not measure waiting times however we do measure response times and these statistics are published. They can be found in the Jersey in Figures booklet and on this website.

We do not measure performance by parish.

Statistics from 2010 to 2015 are published as outlined in the response to A. 2016 statistics are not yet complete but can be provided by the end of January 2017 if required. It is also worth noting that our statistics are not comparable with the UK or other islands as they will have differing categories of calls.
