What would DVS do to taxi drivers of they did the following to a fellow driver or member of the public? Please answer taxi driver as a) member of the public as b)?

Run over someone or foot?

Driver raped or indecent assaulted anyone?

Hit anyone?

Spoke to a member of DVS politely?

Slept at the wheel and hit 3 cars in St Aubin?

These are matters that would be dealt with by the States of Jersey Police and depending upon the outcome of any prosecution, DVS may take subsequent action in-line with the Code of Conduct depending upon individual circumstances and findings of any such prosecution.

D
