The current balance is £3,019,365. Please note this balance does not take into account schemes agreed to be funded by Criminal Offences Confiscation Fund money but not yet transferred, schemes that are still under consideration and the requirement to hold up to £2 million that may be required to fund relevant court and case costs.

The figures for 2015 form part of the States’ Financial Report and Accounts for 2015. These have just been published. Please see page 28 of the following document.
