Why is there not an option for Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licence holders to declare they are holders of disabled blue badge when they are registered disabled.

Response

The information requested is not held for the purposes of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as outlined in Article 3 of the law.

Notwithstanding this, Driver and Vehicle Standards applies specific medical requirements to PSV drivers which relate to the work they are normally expected to undertake and are in line with accepted national best practice.
